Prepare cupcakes as directed and allow to them to cool completely.
Add purple frosting to a piping bag or largebaggie. If using a closed star tip, make sure to insert that first before youfill your bag. Snip corner of bag and pipe each cupcake.
Place the white frosting in abowl, add 5-6 drops of yellow food coloring and mix well. Place in baggie andpipe starting from the top down to the edge of the cupcake.
Add 4-5 flowers on the “hair” as well as a few nonpareils.
