Branson, Missouri is one of the top ten destinations during the holiday season! The city transforms to Santa’s playground on November 1st and the folks at Dolly Parton’s Stampede Christmas show know how to do Christmas!
As a Blogging Branson Ambassador, I was invited to experience an Ozark Mountain Christmas as part of a media trip. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.
Since I’m not a huge talkers, I heart dinner shows. No awkward silences where everyone is trying to find something to talk about. No eye rolls from the kids when you ask “how was school”. Everyone is happy eating and watching the show. And Christmas at Dolly Parton’s Stampede is the perfect mix of traditional and holiday dinner show.
I suggest getting there early, to walk along the horse stalls. They are magnificent beasts and I could honestly spend a good couple of hours walking along and chatting with them.
How is the Christmas show the same?
There’s no doubt that if you’ve been to the Dolly Parton’s Stampede at any time other than Christmas, you’ll see a few things that are similar.

It’s funny how a few holiday decorations can change the atmosphere of a place. As soon as you drive up to Dolly Parton’s Stampede Branson, you know you’re in for a Christmas treat.
The show has been turned up a notch with an ice skating
With the telling the story of the birth of Jesus, the nativity scene comes to life before your eyes. You’ll be amazed.
I don’t want to give away all the details of the show, because then why would you go? But trust me, Y’all, this is a wonderful show and needs to be added to your Branson must do list!
