Beauty and the Beast Cupcakes
What’s Needed
– 5 Prepared Cupcakes (Boxed or made from scratch and just multiply the recipe for the number of guests!)
– 1 Can White Frosting
– ½ Cup Wilton’s Green Melting Discs
– 1 Cup Wilton’s Red Melting Discs
– Yellow Food Coloring
– Rose Chocolate Mold – I used this one from Amazon
– 5 Cupcake Stands – I used these dome mini cakes stands from Amazon
– Optional: Closed Star Tip
Directions
1. Melt green chocolate according to package directions. Place in a piping bag or ziplock bag, snip the corner just a tiny bit and pipe the leaves inside the mold. Let harden for a few minutes.
2. Melt red chocolate according to package directions. Pipe or spoon chocolate into the mold. Tap down on the counter to remove any bubbles. Let harden for about an hour. Carefully pop out of the mold and set aside.
3. Place frosting into a bowl, add 6-7 drops of yellow food coloring and mix well. Place in a piping bag or ziplock bag and pipe frosting on each cupcake.
4. Add a chocolate rose in the center of each cupcake. Place on the cupcake stand and add cover.
