This recipe is super simple. Start off by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients
- 1 box of red velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick (1/2 cups) of softened butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and scoop out onto cookie sheet. I did 6 larger spoonfuls for each batch.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack or plate.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Feel free to use store bought frosting, but this is an easy go to recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 oz of softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 – 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
Directions
Cream together the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar slowly. Once it’s all combined add in the vanilla and beat for a few more minutes.
Putting together the sandwich cookie

Take two cookies that are close to the same size. Frost one with the cream cheese frosting and place the second cookie on top. Roll them in the mini chocolate chips.
Preparing your glass
- Black, gold and silver sprinkles
- frosting
- chocolate syrup
Spread a little of the left over frosting on the rim of the glass and sprinkle with black, gold and silver sprinkles. Lightly push the sprinkles in the frosting to help them stick.
Right before pouring in your milkshake add some chocolate syrup to the inside of the glass.
